Theodore Orria is a chartered accountant and memorialist and holds a Master 2 in Research with a Management option. He is also a doctoral student in Management at the University of Bouaké. He has more than 10 years of experience in public administration (head of the budget and finance department of the Independent Electoral Commission). He manages the BSO (Business & Services Outsourcing) Pole within BDO SA Ivory Coast.
