Issuance of the visa of the financial statements

Entities not subject to the statutory audit obligation will now have to submit their financial statements to the prior approval procedure by a chartered accountant registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants.

This measure will be applicable for the first time to the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, to be filed no later than 30 May 2017 or 30 June 2017.
